Themed “New beginning, new journey, new future”, the 2025 annual meeting of Hubei Dafeng Auto Intelligent Control System Co.,Ltd. was held in Shiyan Taiji Spring Health and Leisure Center on February 4, 2026. The company’s leaders, together with employees, reviewed the glorious achievements of the past year and looked forward to a beautiful blueprint.
First, Sun Junhai, general manager of the company, delivered an enthusiastic speech. He affectionately reviewed the remarkable achievements the company had made in 2025, including sales revenue of 320.63 million yuan. These achievements are attributed to the hard work and unremitting efforts of all Dafeng employees.He pointed out, “At a new starting point and on a new journey, we must dare to break through the fixed mindset and scale new heights in technological innovation. We should have the courage to overcome development bottlenecks and further enhance efficiency in capacity upgrading. We should be adept at seizing market opportunities and set a new benchmark in customer service.”
Then, the award ceremony brought the annual meeting to a climax. Awards were presented to star employees, excellent employees, outstanding Party members, outstanding teams, advanced units and good R&D projects. The faces of the award-winning representatives were filled with pride and joy. These honors can not only affirm their work over the past year, but also motivate and encourage the employees to work harder in the future. After the award ceremony, all the employees promised, "Cultivate and broaden the market; Be committed to innovation and drive future; assure quality and live up to trust; gather strength and embark on a new journey together!" The resounding pledge echoed throughout the venue, demonstrating the firm determination of the Dafeng people to strive for 2026.
In addition, team games were carefully designed such as "Intelligent spelling and jigsaw puzzles", "Dual-Track Race", and "Money-grabbing game" . Over a hundred employees actively participated in them to enhance tacit understanding through collaboration. During the free time, the employees took a hot spring bath，saw a movie and read books and magazines to relaxed themselves.
The annual meeting, brimming with joy and hope, is not only a brilliant answer sheet of the concerted efforts of the Dafeng people over the past year, but also a battle call to embark on a new journey. Standing at a new starting point of 320 million yuan in revenue, Hubei Dafeng will focus on three key areas: core technology iteration, quality and efficiency improvement of production capacity, and upgrading of customer value.
