To carry forward the red bloodline and deepen the learning of the Party's history,the company’s Party members,cadres and key employees (hereafter referred to as “they”) participated in study tours in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, themed“Inheriting the Red Gene, Drawing the Power of Striving Forward, And Promoting High-Quality Development of the Enterprise”.From January 15 to 17, 1935, the CPC Central Committee held an enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, named “The Zunyi Meeting” in the history.In the exhibition hall of the Meeting,they reflected on the century-long history of struggle when seeing the Red Army route map in the picture. Through immersive study tours, they refined their Party spirit and built consensus,thereby injecting red energy into the high-quality transformation and development of the enterprise.

The Meeting saved the Party and the Red Army at a critical moment, forging a spiritual monument of “firm belief, seeking truth from facts, independence, daring to blaze new trails, and democratic unity”. On the 92nd anniversary of the Long March of the Red Army, they visited the site of the Meeting. Seeing yellowed photos and precious cultural relics, hearing the guide’s explanations about the Red Army, they relived the eventful years when the Red Army crossed the Chishui River four times after untold hardships to break free from the encirclement and pursuit of the Kuomintang troops.In addition, they deeply felt the fearless responsibility of the revolutionary predecessors who “held on to their beliefs in desperate situations and opened up new paths in difficult circumstances”.

“I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China...” Under the bright red Party flag, all the Party members renewed their oath of joining the Party, and the resounding vows reflected their original aspirations. They expressed that this study tour is not only a tempering of Party spirit but also a mobilization of ideology. Currently, the company is in a critical period of“transformation and upgrading, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement”. Facing industry changes and market challenges,the company must break through the deadlock, which is just like the Long March of the Red Army.

In light of the actual development of the enterprise,they  fulfilled their positions, studied hard and understood carefully, and engaged in exchanges and discussions, achieving a great integration of the red spirit and the development of the enterprise. They unanimously believed that the core of the Long March spirit is to overcome difficulties and never give up, while the essence of the Meeting spirit lies in seeking truth from facts and dare to blaze new trails, which is highly consistent with the core requirements for the transformation and development of enterprises. Faced with new situations, new tasks and new challenges, there is no ready-made experience for enterprises to follow in their transformation, just as the exploration of the revolutionary path had never been smooth sailing. Only by achieving the following points can the reform and transformation of enterprises be deepened and solidified.First, the company will inherit the courage of our predecessors to be independent and innovative, depend on the actual market, focus on the main business and achieve success, and dare to break the fixed mindset and break through the development bottleneck;second, adhering to the Long March style of hard work and perseverance, the company will confront the challenges of transformation head-on and take on the responsibility of development with courage.Third,gathering the driving force of unity and collaboration, and of striving forward with one heart and one mind, the company will work in unison from top to bottom and unite our efforts.

This event deeply integrated the red spirit with corporate practices, injecting strong impetus into the company's high-quality transformation. In the next step, the company will continue to promote the harmonious development of Party building and business operations, guiding all employees to devote themselves to reform and development with a firmer belief and a more pragmatic style, writing a new chapter with solid achievements and fulfilling the responsibility and commitment of an enterprise in the new era.
