On the morning of September 21st, a medical check-up vehicle fully loaded with medical equipment drove into the factory area of Dafeng Company. With the concerted efforts of the Maojian District Trade Union and the Dafeng Trade Union, the medical team from Shiyan People's Hospital delivered on-site medical checkup directly .
The medical check-up vehicle arrived on time at 8:00 a.m. To ensure that physical examinations and production do not interfere with each other, the Dafeng Trade Union communicated with the production department in advance. Women employees were arranged for physical examinations in batches and by teams, so all items were completed on schedule. After receiving the company-prepared breakfast , they immediately returned to their posts.

Based on the physiological characteristics of female employees and the actual situation of front-line positions, such items as blood pressure, blood routine, urine, electrocardiogram, X-ray, and color Doppler ultrasound (thyroid, liver, gallbladder, spleen, and urinary system) were included in this medical check-up.
Female front-line workers are considered as an important force for the development of enterprises and also a concern that trade unions always keep in mind. This physical examination was organized by the Trade Union of Maojian District, with a focus on front-line employees of enterprises. It enabled them to enjoy health checks without leaving the factory area, truly turning "caring for female workers" from a slogan into tangible and visible actions.
From "employees running to the hospital" to "hospitals entering enterprises", what has changed is the service approach, but what remains unchanged is the warmth of the trade union organization as a "family member". Through health check-ups, the health defense line has been moved forward, which gives female employees a sense of security of being cared for and protected.
