A Successful Team-building Activity of Dafeng Company Gathering Strength And Forging Ahead Together

To relieve the work pressure of employees and enhance team cohesion, some employees of the production department in Hubei Dafeng Company carried out a team-building activity from May 30th to 31st,2026 . These employees were divided into two teams. One team went to the summit of the Three Gorges- Baidicheng, an ancient building from the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, and the other went to the Little Three Gorges of the Nanhe River. They not only got relaxed by enjoying the beauty of nature but also enhanced their friendship, demonstrating the vigorous and positive spirit of the Dafeng people.
On the early morning of May 30th, two teams set off from the company, facing the rising sun.The Scenic Area of The Little Three Gorges of the Nanhe River is located in Gucheng County, Xiangyang City. Together with green mountains and clear waters, deep caves, strange rocks, ancient trees and vines, it features a rich variety of historical and cultural landscapes, including "Fenshuichengqing (The fragrance powder dissolves in water, making the river water clear and leaving a lingering fragrance)", "Wenlong Academy", "Fishing Terrace" and "Incense Burner Stand". The team members first took a boat and wound their way along the clear river. The green mountains on both banks were lush and green, and they enjoyed the beauty of nature in the rippling blue waves. Then,they visited "Wenlong Academy" and "Incense Burner Stand" to experience the local cultural charm.
Another team headed for Fengjie County, Chongqing to visit the summit of the Three Gorges , where "Both Chijia and Baiyan Mountains pierce the sky, Houses wind around and reach the mountain peaks”, selected from the fourth of the ten quatrains of Du Fu's Kuizhou Songs. Du Fu (712 AD - 770 AD), a great realist poet of the Tang Dynasty. On climbing the summit of the Three Gorges, the team members overlooked the magnificent scene of Kuimen Gate and looking out at the Yangtze River: it meanders like a ribbon, while its surrounding mountains take on a bluish-black color, resembling the peaks in a Chinese ink-wash painting. In the river breeze, they felt the poetic and heroic sentiment of "My skiff has left thousands of mountains far away", and posed for group photos to record the wonderful moments .
They took a two-day break from the strict pace on the production line to freely talk about work and life in a relaxed atmosphere so bursts of laughter and joy came from the valleys and waters. This team-building activity is a vivid practice of the company's care for its employees and its commitment to the concept of "Happy work and healthy life". They expressed that the event not only relieved their stress but also deepened cross-departmental understanding. In the future, they will contribute to the high-quality development of the company through closer collaboration.
