Strengthening the Safety Defense Line & Enhancing Emergency Capabilities A Series of Activities for the "Work Safety Month”

June this year marks the 25th National "Work Safety Month".Themed "Everyone talks about Safety and everyone knows how to handle emergencies",Dafeng Company organized a series of safety activities to enhance the safety awareness of all employees, improve the company's safety level, and safeguard the high-quality development of the enterprise.
Promote the increasing of knowledge through learning and consolidate the theoretical foundation of safety. From June 1st to 25th, safety training activities for all staff were carried out, covering job operation procedures, safety production knowledge, environmental management systems, emergency rescue plans, and fire safety knowledge.
Identify problems through inspection and drives improvement,weave a dense network for risk prevention and control. From June 1st to June 27th, departments and production teams were organized to conduct self-inspections of job risks and rectification and management of hidden dangers in accordance with the "List of Job Safety Risk Identification".If they find potential safety hazards,they will spare no effort to rectify, improve and eliminate them.
Leaders take the lead in learning actively. From June 23rd to 24th, the company's general manager and the vice president in charge of production attended a two-day safety training held by Hubei Jiutai Safety and Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD.to enhance their knowledge on safety management.
Drills and training can strengthen emergency response skills. On the afternoon of June 26th, a fire emergency drill was organized for the team leaders, key production personnel and new recruits to enhance the self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of personnel in key positions.
Promoting the realization of management goals through a reward mechanism
can stimulate the participating enthusiasm of all staff. From June 1st to June 27th,a "Snap and Shoot" activity known as "Check for Safety Hazards and Correct Violations" was carried out. Employees were encouraged to use their mobile phones to record the "unsafe conditions" and "unsafe behaviors" around them. Rewards ranging from 20 to 500 yuan were given to those who actively participated and discovered potential hazards.
The series of activities for this "Work Safety Month" have achieved full coverage of the entire chain, from theoretical study to practical drills, and from leaders taking the lead to all staff participation. Taking this event as an opportunity, the company will continue to improve the long-term mechanism for safety management, promote the normalization and standardization of safety production, and provide a solid guarantee for the company's safety production.
